The Coral orders are picked up by UPS on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders always leave the day before the receipt date, so they only take 1 day to ship.

The shipping costs consist of:
• A strong box made of 5mm double thick cardboard.
• 2cm thick custom-made insulation material.
• shock-absorbing filling.
• A heat pack that keeps the corals at the right temperature for more than 2 days.
• A flyer with explanations and tips for unpacking the corals.
• A business card for when your friends ask where that super beautiful coral comes from.
• The courier service.
• And of course the corals.

Arrival guarantee

Dreamcorals guarantees that you will always receive the coral you ordered in the photo.
If it happens that a coral does not have the quality that we maintain when packed, we will contact you for a suitable solution that will certainly not detract from you. We also provide an arrival guarantee. This means that we guarantee that you will receive the entire coral in a healthy condition. If this is not the case, we will come up with a suitable solution.
