Every customer can purchase their corals from Dreamcorals with confidence.

All corals are hand selected and carefully maintained.
If there is any doubt about the quality, the coral is immediately removed from the shop.
When packing, each coral is checked again for quality and health.

Arrival guarantee:

Dreamcorals guarantees that you will always receive the coral you ordered in the photo.
If it happens that a coral does not have the quality that we maintain when packed, we will contact you for a suitable solution that will certainly not detract from you.
We also provide an arrival guarantee.
This means that we guarantee that you will receive the ordered coral in healthy condition.
If this is not the case, we will come up with a suitable solution.

 

What should you do if it is not the right coral or the coral is not in the right condition?

1: Take a clear photo of the dead or incorrect coral and email the photo to info@dreamcorals.eu on the same day of receipt and state the item number of the coral you ordered.

2: Never throw away a coral without permission from Dreamcorals. This will void the warranty.

3: Never send coral back without permission from Dreamcorals. This will void the warranty.

4: Without proof of the dead or incorrect coral, Dreamcorals cannot provide credit.

5: Dreamcorals will contact you within 10 working days for results for warranty approval.

6: If you have warranty approval, we will contact you for a suitable solution or you will receive the credit on your account.

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed!

 

Why only arrival guarantee?

We cannot guarantee the survival of coral in your aquarium.
Light, current and water quality have a severe influence on the color and quality of the coral, which can cause a coral to quickly change color or die.
You are responsible for maintaining the correct water parameters, which is important for the animals that live in it.
Dreamcorals therefore only guarantees the proper arrival of the right coral in the right condition.
